Our original loan was done by Accredited Home Lenders. The court papers we were served state it’s Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on Behalf of Morgan Stanley Home Equity. Our recorder’s office only lists Accredited Home Lenders and the papers we received had a copy of the loan papers from Accredited.

We were denied a modification through Bank of America. They said the investors denied us and couldn’t get any information on the investors.I thought Accredited Home Lenders were no longer in business.
